Shipping Information and Shipping Costs
Shipments are made throughout Greece. Most of our products are shipped within two working days with a partner courier or shipping company.

Shipping costs (shipping) are as follows:

for purchases the shipping costs are set at 3.50€ up to 2kg
For shipments over 2kg there is an additional charge of 1.50€ per kilo regardless of the amount of the order. For example, if your order weighs 3.5kg, the charge is 1€.

You can also pick up your order from the store (or by phone). In this case the shipping cost is free! Before you go through our store please call us to make sure your order is ready.

Return Policy
Due to the nature of e-shopping it is possible that the final recipient’s expectations of the product of their choice are not met, due to the lack of physical contact with the item to be purchased. supporting e-Commerce gives you the opportunity, through the completeness of the descriptions which it posts on its pages, to enjoy the privilege of direct contact with the products available on your computer screen, quickly and easily.
However, wanting to cover even more of our customers, in order to highlight the benefits of using the internet in our daily markets, we offer the possibility of returning the products. Below we list the terms and ways of return.

Return Terms
The date of receipt of your order with the date of submission of the application for return should not exceed 14 calendar days.
The packaging must not have been violated and must be in its original (factory) condition
The product to be returned must be accompanied by the purchase receipt or the invoice.
Return Procedure
For your best service, we suggest that you contact us at +30 2735041545 before each return, so that the details of the return can be arranged in the best possible way.

Return procedure: Pack the product in a larger box so that it is protected during shipment. We suggest you use the box with which the shipment was made by us. Put in the package a document in which you tell us how you wish to resolve the outstanding financial issue, if the product is deemed fit for return. Then send the parcel, through the courier agency from which you received your order, to the Returns Department. Once we receive your parcel, we will launch its replacement (within 3 working days) or credit its value (within 10 working days).

In case the reason for return / change is due to an error of or to a defective product, the return costs are borne by, otherwise the return costs are borne by the customer.
We would like to point out that in case the product does not meet the above conditions, or the product arrives at us damaged, it will be returned to the sender at his expense.
